Olubunmi FABAMWO (BSc, MBA, FCIPM, MITD), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, has over 3 decades senior management hybrid experience across both the public and private sectors spanning Manufacturing, Financial Services, Telecommunication and Consulting.

BF as she is fondly called is a highly experienced Human Resource practitioner and facilitator, a Certified Project Manager and Coach who regularly provides consultancy services to States and Local Governments in Public Sector Capacity Building and professional bodies including the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria, the Nigerian Employers Consultative Association etc.

She is the immediate past Director – General of the Lagos State Public Service Staff Development Centre (PSSDC) from 2009 to 2017, where she led the organization through a period of exciting transformational change and development.

In her current capacity as Lead Consultant/CEO of Thrive Management Consultancy Limited, she consults on Human Resources Management, Public Sector Capacity Building and Executive Coaching.

She is the Lead Consultant on the Advocacy Program on Growth Mindset in the Public Service of a leading State in Nigeria.

She provides consultancy services to multi-lateral Developmental Partners (i.e. World Bank, DFID, DAWN etc.) on Institutional Capacity Building and Human Resources Management Consulting.
